Resonant Minds is a queer- and trans-owned practice providing neurodiversity-affirming assessments, groups, and leadership development for autistic and ADHD adults.

I work with folks who are exploring neurodivergence, newly diagnosed, or making sense of how their identity intersects with work, relationships, and systems that were not designed for them. My approach centers masking, identity, power, and sustainability, with a focus on helping people better understand how they function and make more intentional decisions about how they live and work.

In addition to assessments and groups, I offer a Neurodivergent Leadership Cohort for professionals navigating leadership within complex systems.

Services are offered virtually.

Groups offered

Group #1 name
Exploring Neurodivergence
Group #1 description
A 4-Week Group for Self-Discovery and Understanding

This virtual group will answer many of your questions about what autism is, what autistic traits are, and give you more information about whether or not you are autistic. Each group is 2 hours long.

Week 1: Introduction, explaining the screening tools, What Is Autism?, strengths-based DSM criteria, group goals, answering group questions, the validity of self-ID, etc.

Week 2: Reviewing scores on the screening and assessment tools, discussing the meaning and the impact on one's life, etc. We will decide what to cover next session.

Week 3: We may discuss helpful accommodations for autistic folks, in-depth review of commonly selected sensory processing needs, how to tell others you're autistic, etc. Dependent on participants' interests and needs.

Week 4: Wrap up with any final questions (including the pros & cons of medical diagnosis if we have not yet covered this) and discuss additional resources and next steps.

Navigating New Diagnosis
Group #2 description
An 8-Week Group for Newly Diagnosed Neurodivergent Adults Navigating Identity, Masking, and What Comes Next

Often people are left to navigate the implications of a new diagnosis with little support. This 8-week virtual group is designed to build community around this shared experience. This group is one hour and is co-created based on what participants bring forward, but generally follows the following format:

Weeks 1-2: building safety, creating shared language, identifying the group’s key topics

Weeks 3-5: deeper identity work and unmasking

Weeks 6-7: integration into relationship/life

Week 8: consolidation and next steps

Participation in this group is $750 for the entirety of the group. This group is offered with a sliding fee scale.

Group #3 name
Neurodivergent Leadership Cohort
Group #3 description
Many neurodivergent leaders have learned to succeed by masking, adapting, and performing. This often works really well! Until it doesn’t.

This cohort is designed to help you understand those patterns and make intentional choices about your leadership moving forward.

Over ten weeks, you will examine how your leadership has been shaped by expectations, systems, and survival strategies, and begin to define approaches that are more sustainable and aligned with your authentic self.

What we will work on:
Unmasking in Leadership Contexts
Examine when masking is useful, when it becomes costly, and how to make intentional decisions about how and when you adapt.

Power, Systems, and Positionality
Understand how neurotypical norms shape expectations of leadership, and how to navigate authority, credibility, and bias within those systems.

Redefining Effective Leadership
Interrogate dominant definitions of leadership and develop approaches that better align with your strengths and ways of functioning.

Communication and Translation
Develop ways of communicating that allow you to be understood without over-translating or over-performing.

Sustainable Leadership
Assess patterns related to burnout, energy use, and role design, and identify what needs to shift for leadership to be sustainable over time.
